Pumpkin Cake

One of my favorite desserts to bake in the fall, this pumpkin cake recipe is very simple to make. It's like pumpkin pie with crumbles on top.

Mix 6 eggs, 1-1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 t. salt, 1 large can pumpkin, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 can evaporated milk, and 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.

Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Mix 1 stick melted butter with yellow or white cake mix. Add to top of pumpkin.

Bake about 1 hour (60-80 min) at 350 degrees.
